Clark College Culinary Institute

This 20,000 SF renovation at Clark College in Vancouver, Washington, modernized the Culinary Arts Program facilities by enhancing kitchens, educational spaces, and dining areas to create a functional, sustainable learning environment.

This project involved updating the facilities for the Culinary Arts Program. The renovation integrated the program, which was closed for curriculum revisions, with the existing dining facility. The project included enhancements to the kitchens, bakery, culinary educational spaces, and food-serving areas to support the program’s requirements and provide a modern learning environment for students. The design focused on creating a functional and efficient layout to facilitate hands-on learning and collaboration among students and faculty. Sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems were incorporated to align with the college’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
