Seattle Mixed Use Apartments - November Construction Update

Construction update! We’re excited to see the East Pine Apartments final exterior design details coming together.

The interior courtyard facing facades and amenity space exterior canopy is complete.

The Pine Street retail space facade including the steel canopy and preparations for the storefront windows with a large folding door is in progress.

We're looking forward to seeing the construction of the upcoming landscape design elements (fire table, BBQ, benches, tree panters) starting up soon in the courtyard as well as up on the 5th floor roof deck!
